Too often I see clients trying to rush the movement.

 

 

Speed up the reps. Race to get back out in the outside world. 💨

 

But do you want to know the secret to Pilates success?

 

The slower you move, the harder it is.

 

Reformer is all about resistance. Pushing the boundaries and taking control of the springs, not letting them control you. 💪🏼

 

There is no need to rush. You carved out the time to move your body, to try something new or take some time for you.

 

So enjoy it!

 

Every lunge, every minute, and every movement.

 

If you’re struggling to slow it down, try and focus on one specific thing. Your form, your eye gaze, single arm or leg, or even the song in the background.

 

Pilates is a practice. Practice takes time and patience. 🙏🏻
